Clotilde

Costanza Turchi and Silvia Bartolini work together since 2003 in their workroom in Agliana, near Prato.

Product

This transformational process is the basis for their permanent collection “Trasformabiti” (Transforming Clothes) : “magliabito” (sweater + dress), “tutabito” (jumpsuit-dress), and “pantagonna” (pant-skirt). They experiment with influences, inspirations, and new shapes in their seasonal collections, which are directly inspired by Geometric abstraction.

Processo

Their work is based on the concept of deconstruction of traditional clothing, getting inspiration from the creations of Italian artist Bruno Munari. They use a playful approach to create new forms of clothing.
